C3 EXPRESS LOGISTICS LLC coordinates dedicated-lane opportunities described in an assigned schedule, dispatch instruction, or rate confirmation. The reservation covers a designated haul or backhaul slot, subject to lane availability and written confirmation.

Final origin, destination, commodity, equipment, mileage, rate, and load instructions are confirmed separately for each assignment. Shipment tracking is required for every accepted lane — pickup, delivery, delay, and status updates must be supplied as requested.

The dedicated-lane reservation is for a fixed initial term of 90 days, beginning on the effective date stated in the final written confirmation. The reservation applies only to the confirmed lane and slot; substitutions or schedule changes require written approval.

A $495 dedicated-lane slot deposit applies when confirmed in writing. The deposit is refundable with the first completed round-trip load payment. Renewal, early termination, or cancellation terms must be documented in writing and agreed by both parties.

Standard pickup availability is 7–11 AM. Weekend operations are available on demand. A written dispatch or rate confirmation controls if it provides different instructions.

The carrier must maintain active motor-carrier authority and provide accurate USDOT and MC numbers. Services must be performed under the carrier's own operating authority using company-owned equipment or equipment covered by a valid owner-operator lease.

Current insurance information and other qualification documents may be requested before final approval or dispatch. Incomplete or noncompliant qualification items may delay approval until corrected.

No unauthorized re-brokering. A shipment may not be transferred to another motor carrier or rail carrier without prior written consent.

Independent contractor. The carrier controls its operations and is not an employee of C3 EXPRESS LOGISTICS LLC.

Non-exclusive relationship. Either party may work with other carriers, brokers, shippers, or freight forwarders.

On-time performance. When stated in the applicable rate confirmation, late service may reduce the carrier rate by $25 per hour.

Claims and notices. Operational changes, claims, and formal notices must be documented in writing using a confirmed delivery method.

The signed Dedicated Lane Reservation Agreement, together with its schedules and written confirmations, represents the parties' complete agreement for the reserved service. Amendments, lane changes, and exceptions are effective only when documented and accepted in writing.
